MWCCI Boardroom, Management & Marketing

The MWCCI boardroom is available for hire, and can be configured into different styles, to suit your individual needs.
Boardroom hire includes hot beverage facilities & filtered water. Event management and marketing options are available as per below.


Room Hire, full day (+4 hours)  $250
Room hire, Half day (under 4 hours, including set up & pack down time) $100
If the Boardroom hire extends past 5pm, a rate will be charged at $70.00 per hour.
Event management fee includes coordination, arranging catering, room setup, pack down, design & administration of invitations $1,500
Projector & Screen $80 per day
Audio System $70 per day

Newsletter / Social Media Advertising Rates

All adverts are to be kept to a maximum of 200 words in the main content of the fortnightly newsletter. This is to be provided by email or word doc. 

Adverts can include one logo or small image, PNG/ Jpeg preferred. Web and email links are also recommended.

Adverts can be delivered as either a social media post or in our fortnightly e-newsletter. If choosing a package, we encourage optimising all both platforms.

FOC for members, once a month
$80 additional
$200 incl GST for three adverts
