The Mid West CCI boardroom has all the facilities needed to run your workshops, meetings, or online conferences. Our boardroom is available for hire to both members and non-members.
Boardroom and meeting room Hire
Our boardroom offers a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 12 patrons, with tables that can be arranged to suit your specific configuration requirements. It’s just a short 10-minute walk into Geraldton town centre and a 2-minute walk to the marina. With complete privacy and clean facilities, this venue is the epitome of sophistication for your forthcoming workshops or presentations.
This room includes:
- Large high-quality TV and advanced AV equipment
- Complimentary wireless internet
- 4 large whiteboards and markers
- Complimentary water
- Clean toilet Facilities
It’s ideal for hosting workshops or running large meetings, with the ability to video conference with remote participants.
Boardroom
- Outside office hours pricing is negotiable for the day.
- Boardroom bookings are available on an hourly basis, with a minimum booking duration of 2 hours
- There is a cleaning fee of $100 if needed, and if the room is booked for more than one consecutive day, the cleaning fee will need to be added to the booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please add the following information:
- We require a 72-hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will incur a 50% booking fee.
