About the Awards
The Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Mid West CCI) is the voice for ALL business in the region. We are proud to host these premier awards to that celebrate and recognise the achievements of our Mid West business community.
With over 500 deserving recipients since 1996, the Mid West CCI’s Business Excellence Awards (BEA) has helped local businesses secure a level of credibility and acknowledgment within our business community, enabling more business to connect with opportunities.
The BEA comprises of various Award levels, acknowledging excellence in business growth, innovation customer experience, philanthropic ideals, and ethical behaviour.
The BEA bring together stakeholders from across the Mid West region and the State, with representatives from small business to the corporate sector.
Rigorous Evaluation Process
The Awards are assessed through a comprehensive and impartial evaluation process, ensuring transparency and consistency across all categories. Judges are selected based on their extensive industry experience and are typically sourced from outside the region to maintain objectivity. Each evaluator signs a confidentiality agreement, ensuring the integrity of the process. This combination of expert evaluators, a distinguished panel of business leaders, and the application of advanced, data-driven criteria guarantees a fair and unbiased selection process, positioning this awards program as a leading industry standard.
Gala Awards Night Event
The annual Awards Gala is the premier event of the Mid West CCI, drawing businesses from across the region to celebrate excellence. It serves as a key networking opportunity for industry leaders and decision-makers. In addition to the prestigious Awards presentations, attendees enjoy an exclusive evening featuring high-level entertainment, fine dining, and a distinguished atmosphere, recognizing the achievements of the shortlisted and winning organizations in a professional and celebratory setting.
