Dear Members,
Today is Waitangi Day, New Zealand’s National Day, people all over the world will celebrate the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi between the Maori Chiefs and the Crown of England. Signatures were replaced with finger prints as many of the Chiefs did not write. The Maori Culture today is strong in New Zealand and celebrated worldwide. New Zealand has embraced its strengths with fantastic tourism campaigns which celebrates their geography and beauty.
